Why dont they care??

I loved this app but as several other reviews noted I crashed under the current iOS. This has been going on for a month or so now do obviously they dont care. The question is why??

Update 9-29-16. Now it no longer works at all under iOS 10. The question is, why is it still available in the App Store???
